Experienced technician who joined the studio in 2016 after relocating to Scotland from Warsaw. Wife and mother of two, amateur photographer and the studio’s own Mary Berry (which makes her the most popular member of the team).
Richard has over 30 years experience in construction. Die hard Ayr Utd supporter, proud father of a talented ballerina. His musical taste is stuck in the 1970’s though!
Clara is originally from Iceland and She’s LMA’s answer to Pru Leith and our very own ‘Star Baker’. In her spare time she takes in as many gigs as she can and listens to the Foo Fighters and drinks white ale…..although not necessarily in that order or at the same time!
Steve is the boss. He runs the business as well as looking after our clients and brings in the new business (that’s why he spends a lot of time on the golf course….well that’s his excuse!) Dad of two, husband and Mo Farah wannabe in his spare time.
Alan is an ex Local Authority Building Standards Surveyor and is responsible for construction compliance for the studio, he has over 25 years experience and spends all of his spare time bowling and following his beloved football team.
Jack is our Architectural Technician after graduating from Glasgow College. Jack enjoys movies and gaming in his spare time.
Jenna brings with her experience including an array of affordable housing developments, leisure and industrial projects. Outside of work you’ll find her taking part in workouts, trying new hobbies or sampling the local coffee spots.
Mark is in charge of selecting the colours. His focus is on building relationships and raising standards within the business. When he’s not at the swing park or playing golf, his favourite thing to do is cook a family dinner..
Longest serving member of the team with over 30 years experience in construction (20 of them at LMA). Gardening lover and volunteer greyhound taxi driver in her spare time.
Vedran is one of our senior Architects and also a talented designer and our resident music buff. A husband and dedicated father to his young daughter. Originally from Bosnia, Vedran has now settled in Scotland and joined the studio in 2018.
Conan is a Part 2 Architectural Assistant after completing his Masters at the University of Dundee. Football and lager aficionado when he’s not working or spending time with his girlfriend.
Colin is an Architect with over 35 years of experience delivering a wide variety of different building types and uses. Out with Architecture he is passionate about films and music, although the number of guitars he owns seems directly inverse to any talent he has for playing them.

With over 25 years’ experience working in private practices in Glasgow, home has always been Ayrshire. When not stuck on a train somewhere between the two, enjoy listening to music; still an 80s/90s indie kid at heart, watching more than participating in cycling, keen hillwalker, and practicing shinrin-yoku.
Wiktoria is a Part 2 Architectural Assistant who has graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 2023. Born in Poland and has been settled in Scotland for more than 14 years. She has a strong interest in sustainable living and a biophilic design approach. Outside of work, you will find her skiing, gardening or exploring her love for red wine.
Charlotte is a recently qualified architect joining us with experience in affordable housing developments. Outside of work you will find her playing golf or exploring new walks with her dog.
