A DAY OF CULTURE

The team celebrated their recent success in obtaining IIP gold standard by holding a cultural day out in Glasgow.

In the morning the team took part in a cultural workshop reviewing our shared values and the behaviours that make up the LMA culture. The workshop was facilitated by Robin Th’ng.

The morning culture session was followed by a different kind of culture where the team embarked on a walking tour of a few of the city’s architectural culture.

The day was topped off with some drinks and a Spanish meal to celebrate us making the first leg of our step challenge around Europe and arriving at Granada as part of our Health Working Lives Bronze Award.
